It should be noted that the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology Studies has been published as a biannual journal since Spring 2014 (1393), with two issues per year: Spring–Summer and Autumn–Winter.

The scientific journal Criminal Law and Criminology Studies is a specialized publication of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Tehran. It publishes research articles in the field of criminal sciences in Persian after a peer‑review process and final acceptance.

Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published, either in print or digital form, nor submitted simultaneously to another journal or publication. Articles whose abstracts have been presented and published in national or international academic conferences are exempt from this restriction.
