The method of this research is qualitative and its method of analysis is grounded theory. This research seeks to address the origins of the problem and provides answers tailored to the causes of crime and victimization.  In this paper, the causes of victimization are explained by the application of the "lifestyle" attributed to Hindelang and the causes of delinquency by employing the theory of "the neutralization of crime" attributed to Matza. The statistical population of the study was 20 teenage victims and delinquents of social networks from whom the information has been gathered by means of interview and observation. Findings of the research show that the unpredictability of virtual behaviors and interactions provides grounds for the victimization of adolescents and for juvenile delinquents’ avoidance of responsibility by resorting to victim's fault. The result of this study shows that between the two corrective and restorative patterns, restorative responses to digital indigenous people are more suitable for delinquency and juvenile victimization, since restorative responses lead to "cyber alertness" of the victim, "taking responsibility" by the delinquent and "participation" of the passive society of the cyber space.}, keywords = {Network Generation,Generalization of Crime,Femininity Victimization,Restorative Justice}, title_fa = {بزهکاری و بزه‌دیدگی بومی‌های اینترنت؛از علتشناسی تا پاسخدهی در پارادایم ترمیمی}, abstract_fa = {با استقلال شخصیت ‌مالیِ نسلی که به «بومیان شبکه» یا «بومیان دیجیتال» شهرت یافته‌اند، به‌صورت تصاعدی بر نرخ جرائم در فضای سایبر به‌ویژه در شبکه‌های اجتماعی افزوده‌شده است به گونهای که مدل‌های جرم دستخوش تغییرات ناگهانی در نوع و مکان بزهکاری، سن و جنسیت بزهکاران و بزه‌دیدگان گردیده است. این پژوهش با روش تحقیق کیفی و با مبنا قرار‌دادندو نظریة جرم‌شناسی، متکفل علت‌شناسی مسئله و ارائة پاسخ‌هایی متناسب با علل و عوامل بزهکاری و بزه‌دیدگی بومیهای اینترنت یا نسل شبکه است؛ جامعة آماری تحقیق، متشکل از 10 بزه‌دیده و 10 بزهکار نوجوان شبکه‌های اجتماعی است که با ابزار مصاحبه و مشاهده، اطلاعات لازماز میان آن‌ها جمع‌آوری شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بی‌احتیاطی در رفتارها و تعاملات مجازی، زمینه‌های بزه‌دیدگی نوجوانان (غالباً دختران) را فراهم می‌کند و توسل نوجوانان (غالباً پسران) به تقصیر بزه‌دیده و مجازی‌بودن رفتارها به تسهیل مسئولیت‌گریزی و بزهکاری آن‌ها می‌انجامد. نتیجه و نظریة ‌این پژوهش آن است که در میان دو الگوی کیفری و ترمیمی، پاسخ‌های ترمیمی به بومیان دیجیتال، تناسب بیشتری با دلایل بزه‌دیدگی و بزهکاری دارد؛ چه آنکه پاسخ‌های ترمیمی به «هوشیاری سایبری» بزه‌دیده، «مسئولیت‌پذیری» بزهکار و «مشارکت» جامعة منفعل رایاسپهر منتج می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {فضای سایبر,جرائم سایبری,بزهکاری اطفال,شکاف میاننسلی,عمومیشدن بزهکاری,زنانهشدن بزهدیدگی,عدالت ترمیمی}, url = {https://jqclcs.ut.ac.ir/article_73346.html}, eprint = {https://jqclcs.ut.ac.ir/article_73346_aaa2e03164288f3764ca7cba67285369.pdf} }
